The Hilltown CDC is accepting applications for the Housing Rehab Program in Cummington.
The program is designed to address building and sanitary code issues for single family homes in town, via a deferred payment loan, meaning no monthly payments and no interest. Loans are forgiven over a 15 year period. Repairs can include septic/well issues, lead paint/asbestos removal, heating systems, electrical, plumbing, roofing, chimney repair, accessibility ramps, and other accessibility issues.
