The Annual Tree Lighting Celebration

The Tree-Lighting celebration was held at the town park on Sunday Dec. 1

The Tree-Lighting celebration was held at the town park on Sunday Dec. 1, hosted by the Worthington Park and Rec Committee. The fresh snow reflected the bright lights strung all around the pond and on the fence, as well as on the tall Christmas tree. People enjoyed hot soups, beverages, and cookies supplied by Within Worthington, and enjoyed live music. The children were especially happy to see Santa arrive and hear their Christmas wishes!
