Muscle Strengthening Class is going very well on Wednesdays at 10am in the town hall! Joan is very good about letting everyone know when she cannot have her class on Wednesdays. With winter weather coming, she is reminding everyone that if the Hampshire Regional School district is closed or delayed, check your email to see if she will be holding a class. Her utmost priority is to keep you safe. If you are not on her email list, let her know.
