Ongoing activities

We have many regular activities that are going strong. There are exercise classes twice a week, followed by a coffee hour, a weekly walking club, and a weekly needlework group. Please join us for one or all! The details are on the calendar page. In the next several newsletters, you will see each activity highlighted with descriptions of what the activities are all about and testimonials from participants. If you have not yet tried one of these activities, perhaps you will be enticed to do so!
