Seated Tai Chi and Tai Chi Walking

Seated Tai Chi and Tai Chi walking: designed for beginners with or without mobility issues. This class will include seated warm-ups and strengthening exercises which follow the core principles of Tai Chi as well as the basic ways of tai chi walking. A gentle introduction to an ancient system of movement which can help with balance, coordination and clarity. Suggested donation $5.00
