Join us in the upstairs dining room at the Town Hall. On the first Friday of the month, the COA works with Jennifer O’Connell from the Hilltown CDC to connect us to local experts on health, wellness, and living intentionally. This month we welcome Hannah Morano from Sweet Birch Herbals, a community herbalism center in Ashfield. Hannah will teach us about foods and herbs we can use to reduce inflammation in our bodies and provide relief from pain. Please join us!
